Atlantic Floc 4420:  Metal-Free Organic Cationic Coagulant

Atlantic Floc 4420 is a liquid polyampholytic (containing both negative and positive charges);moderate molecular weight coagulant, which is designed to reduce suspended solids in water and wastewater. Atlantic Floc 4420 will reduce, and in some cases, eliminate the need for inorganic and bulk coagulants such as alum, iron salts, or clay. It can also reduce or eliminate the need for post pH adjustment since they do not affect the pH of the water. Atlantic Floc 4420 is resistant to chlorine and can be used in pre-chlorinated water without a reduction in activity. They are also effective over a wide pH range and can be used in lime softening applications. Applications are oil/water emulsion breaking, and primary and secondary clarification. 

Atlantic Floc 5050:  Concentrated Inorganic/Organic Coagulant Polymer 

Atlantic Floc 5050 is employed as the primary coagulant in potable water and industrial water treatment plants, replacing the need for other coagulants such as concentrated alum, and in many cases also eliminating or at least greatly reducing the need for pH adjustment chemicals, coagulant aids and filter aids. Atlantic Floc AF83:  Moderate Charge Anionic Emulsion Flocculant

Atlantic Floc AF83 performs as an anionic coagulant aid and sludge conditioner in liquid-solid separation processes in a wide variety of operations and industries. Excellent for mechanical dewatering gravity settling, coagulant aid water clarification, dissolved air floatation filtration, and phosphate removal viscosity modification.  Benefits include: Economical to use – Effective at very low doses, Works over a wide pH range, Product will not alter pH of system, Reduce or eliminate use of inorganic salts, Fast settling rates, High solids removal efficiency, and Easily soluble in water.

Atlantic Floc AN63:  High Charge Anionic Emulsion Flocculant

Atlantic Floc AN63 is a high molecular weight, medium anionic charge water-soluble polymer in emulsion form. It is effective as a flocculant in various liquid/solid separation applications, such as clarification, dissolved air flotation, and sludge dewatering of inorganic sludges. It is also effective as a coagulant aid in clarification applications including precipitation softening.  Atlantic Floc AN63 is the workhorse polymer coagulant for most common metal finishing and metal working waste streams.  REGULATORY STATUS: Atlantic Floc AN63 conforms to the requirements of ANSI/NSF Standard 60-Drinking Water treatment Chemicals-Health Effects. Atlantic Floc AN63 can be certified by NSF International as a coagulant and flocculant drinking water chemical to a maximum feed rate of 0.5 mg/l.

Atlantic Floc AN92: High Weight, Medium Charge Anionic Emulsion Flocculant

Atlantic Floc AN92 is a high molecular weight, medium anionic charge water-soluble polymer in emulsion form. It is effective as a flocculant in various liquid/solid separation applications, such as clarification, dissolved air flotation, and sludge dewatering of inorganic sludges. It is also effective as a coagulant aid in clarification applications including precipitation softening. REGULATORY STATUS:  Atlantic Floc AN92 conforms to the requirements of ANSI/NSF Standard 60-Drinking Water treatment Chemicals-Health Effects. Atlantic Floc CF52:  High-Charge Cationic Emulsion Flocculant

Atlantic Floc CF52 is a high charge, high molecular weight polyacrylamide in emulsion form. It is developed as a flocculant in a wide variety of industrial wastewater treatment application, including clarification, thickening, and dewatering.  Atlantic Floc CF52 is the secondary workhorse for common metal finishing and metal working waste streams found in North American manufacturing.

Atlantic Floc CF52-HC: High-Charge Cationic Solution Flocculant; Zero Petroleum Hydrocarbons

Atlantic Floc CF52-HC is a high charge, high molecular weight cationic polyacrylamide in concentrated solution form.  It is developed as a flocculant in a wide variety of industrial wastewater and feed water treatment and paint booth applications, including clarification, thickening, flocculating, and dewatering.  Atlantic Floc CF52-HC is specifically formulated to contain the maximum percentage of active polymer in a solution form.  Product may be pre-diluted at up to 20%BV with water, or, may be fed without dilution with appropriate high viscosity feed equipment.  

Atlantic Floc EB22: Concentrated, Blended Emulsion Breaking Coagulant

Atlantic Floc EB22 is a liquid polyampholytic (containing both negative and positive charges); high molecular weight coagulant, which is designed to reduce suspended solids in water and wastewater. Atlantic Floc EB22 will reduce, and in some cases, eliminate the need for inorganic coagulants such as alum or iron salts. It can also reduce or eliminate the need for post pH adjustment since they do not affect the pH of the water. Atlantic Floc EB22 is resistant to chlorine and can be used in pre-chlorinated water without a reduction in activity. They are also effective over a wide pH range and can be used in lime softening applications. Principal applications are oil/water emulsion breaking, and primary and secondary clarification.

Atlantic Floc EB33: Cationic Organic Liquid Resin Polymer

Atlantic Floc EB33 is a liquid low molecular weight cationic coagulant formulated to reduce suspended solids in water and wastewater. Atlantic Floc EB33 will reduce, and in some cases, eliminate the need for inorganic coagulants such as alum or iron salts. It can also reduce or eliminate the need for post pH adjustment since they do not affect the pH of the water. Atlantic Floc EB33 is resistant to chlorine and can be used in pre-chlorinated water without a reduction in activity. They are also effective over a wide pH range and can be used in lime softening applications. Principal applications are primary and secondary clarification.  Provides outstanding emulsion breaking capability.

Atlantic Floc EB89:  Blended Organic-Inorganic Cationic Liquid Polymer

Atlantic Floc EB89 is a liquid high-charge cationic primary coagulant formulated to reduce suspended solids in water and wastewater. Atlantic Floc EB89 will reduce, and in some cases, eliminate the need for added bulk inorganic coagulants such as alum salts.  Atlantic Floc EB89 is highly effective for coagulating fine colloidal turbidity and color for treating oily wastewater. Atlantic Floc EB89 is resistant to chlorine and can be used in pre-chlorinated water without a reduction in activity. The product is also effective over a wide pH range and water temperature variations. Principal applications are primary and secondary clarification.  Especially effective in removal of oily wastewater and a high surfactant containing waste stream. 

Atlantic Floc PA29:  Cationic Emulsion Breaking Polymer

The Atlantic Floc PA29 is a liquid, solution cationic emulsion-breaking polymer. Each has different molecular weight which works effectively as primary coagulants and charge neutralization agents prior to industrial waste treatment systems an evaporators. This chemistry range ensures there is a product suitable for each individual liquid-solid separation application.  Product advantages include: Economical to use due to lower dosage levels, Effective over a wide pH range, Can replace or reduce inorganic salt use, Capable of direct feed, Immediately soluble at all concentrations, Outstanding emulsion breaking solution polymer.  NSF approved.  Primary uses are:  Water clarification, Dissolved air floatation, Belt filter – centrifuge – screw press dewatering, Filtration, and Oil in water demulsification.

Atlantic Floc PC05:  Alum Containing Cationic Liquid Coagulant Blend

Atlantic Floc PC05 is a liquid polyampholytic (containing both negative and positive charges); high charge liquid cationic coagulant, which is designed to reduce suspended solids in water and wastewater. Atlantic Floc PC05 will reduce, and in some cases, eliminate the need for additional bulk inorganic coagulants such as iron salts. It can also reduce or eliminate the need for post pH adjustment since they minimally affect the pH of the water.   Atlantic Floc PC05 is resistant to chlorine and can be used in pre-chlorinated water without a reduction in activity. They are also effective over a wide pH range and can be used in lime softening applications. Principal applications are oil/water emulsion breaking, and primary and secondary clarification.

Atlantic Detack PK12:  Completely-Organic General Flocculant for Particulate, Paint Detackifier, Flocculant for Water Based Paints.

Atlantic Detack PK12 is a metal-free, liquid cationic polymer used to detackify and flocculate water based paint particles trapped in recirculating paint systems. It is a unique all-organic material that will prevent paint particle build-up within the paint spray booth water system. Atlantic Detack PK12 is designed for use in all types of water curtain paint spray booth systems. It performs well under many different operating conditions such as: variations of water quality, spray booth design configurations, and types of paints and thinners sprayed.  Benefits include: Reduces system cleaning and maintenance, Proven effective on a broad range of new high-solids paints, Flocculates water-based paints in conjunction with industrial centrifuges, Compatible with all types of paint sludge dewatering equipment, Does not contribute hazardous material to the waste, Effective over a wide pH range, and Excellent flocculant for vibratory and burnishing wash water.

Atlantic Floc PK30: Super-Concentrated Solution Paint Overspray Flocculant

Atlantic Floc PK30 is a high molecular weight, moderately cationic liquid polyelectrolyte for use as a paint flocculant.  This formulation and charge produces a large floc from paint overspray that has been detackified and dispersed in solution. Atlantic Floc PK30 works over a wide pH range and can handle upsets such as solvent spills into the booth. Atlantic Floc PK30 will aid in liquid/solids separation processes such as clarification, floatation, skimming, and filtration.  Benefits include: Universal applicability:  Effective on a wide variety of paints, Super concentrated:  Typically use 75-90% less flocculant to perform the same function, Produces large easily dewatered and skimmed floc: Reduces quantity and handling of waste, and Can be added as is or cut back with water. Atlantic Floc PK30 is designed to flocculate all paints. Because many paints can be sprayed together in one booth solution, effectiveness of Atlantic Floc PK30 can be dictated by booth loading, degree of overspray dispersion, and desire to sink or float detackified paint.

Atlantic poly-Kleen: Polymer Dispersant/Cleaner and Belt Wash Anti-Blinding System

Atlantic poly-Kleen was developed for injection into reuse lines and into a waste treatment systems washbox for constant belt cleaning. Atlantic poly-Kleen improves sludge solids, belt press throughput, cleans polymer tanks and lines, cleans up polymer spills, and prevents belt blinding from polymer and sludge build-up. Atlantic poly-Kleen does not contain ammonia, solvent, acid, caustic, or silicate compounds. Atlantic poly-Kleen will pass: Priority Pollutant Scan EPA Method 624 and 625 along with acute toxicity analysis and belt fabric attack testing. Feed ratio is a guaranteed 20,000:1 ratio. Atlantic poly-Kleen was developed to replace and outperform nationally advertised Schaners PolyGone™ at a more ‘user friendly’ cost.
