Atlantic’s primary product, Atlantic Microbe 4040, enhances wastewater treatment operations by stimulating biological activity. Benefits include solids reduction, odor control, COD and BOD reduction, and overall plant stability. Enhancing biological performance allows for increased solid and liquid waste treatment capacity.
- Elimination of monthly surcharges for permit noncompliance
- Reduction or elimination of chemical usage—such as settling polymers and other additives used to compensate for effluent fluctuations
- Reduction or elimination in metal (aluminum and ferrous) based precipitates for water clarification
